Our providers primarily speak English. Some of our doctors also speak other languages, but we cannot guarantee they will be your provider. If you are not comfortable speaking English, we kindly ask that you bring a family member or friend who can speak English and help you during your visit.
Parking is paid. You may park underground or in the surface lots outside the building.
If mobility is a concern, please get dropped off at the main entrance before parking.
If parking underground, follow the signs to 100 Consilium Place. There are three buildings—make sure you are parked under 100. There is a second level of underground parking if needed. Use the marked accessible entrance to find the elevators easily. Take the parking elevator to the main floor, then switch to the main elevators to reach the 8th floor. Please see the map below for directions from parking elevators to the main elevators.

Take a TTC bus to one of the nearest stops: 88 Corporate Dr, Opposite 88 Corporate Dr, or McCowan Rd at 300 Consilium Pl. It’s a short 4–5 minute walk from there.
Yes. If you miss your appointment or do not cancel it at least 48 business hours in advance, the fee is $100 for a new appointment or $50 for a follow-up before rescheduling.
Yes. The fee depends on the type of document and the time it takes to complete.
Cash and e-transfer are preferred. We also accept credit and debit cards.
We do our best to see patients as soon as possible. We service a large number of patients which limits our ability to see you sooner. Please do not call to ask for your referral to be expedited as we cannot accommodate these requests. If your medical status changes while you wait, please seek medical attention through your family physician or your local emergency department. We appreciate your understanding.
