Where is the office located?

Our office is located on the second floor of the medical mall. The access to the elevators is between Rexall Pharmacy and Tim Hortons. 

Where can I park for my appointment?

Visitor parking is available at the main Hospital parking lot which is a covered, multilevel lot. The entrance to the lot is off of Lawrence Avenue East. Pay stations are located in the main entrance and in the Medical Mall across from Rexall. Unfortunately, we do not validate the parking. 

The hourly rate is:

0 - 30 minutes: $4

31 - 60 minutes: $8

61 - 90 minutes: $12

90 minutes - 24 hours: $16

Are there fees for missing my appointment?

Yes. There may be fees associated with missing  the appointment. If you miss your appointment or fail to cancel it within 48 business hours, there will be a charge of $100 for a new appointment or $50 for a follow-up appointment before you can reschedule.

Are there fees for asking my healthcare provider to fill out forms on my behalf?

Yes. The fee will depend on the document type and the amount of time involved.

Are there fees for missing my EEG appointment?

Yes. If you miss your EEG appointment or fail to cancel it within 48 business hours, there will be a charge of $50.00.

What are the acceptable methods for payment?

We accept cash and e-transfer only.

Can I get a sooner appointment?

We do our best to see patients as soon as possible. We service a large number of patients which limits our ability to see you sooner. If your medical status changes while you wait please seek medical attention through your family physician or your local emergency department. We appreciate your understanding.
